Fortnite's FIRE Master Kai Is in the Item Shop for the First Time

FIRE Master Kai is in the Fortnite Item Shop today for 1,200 V-Bucks. When the LEGO NINJAGO collaboration launched in December 2025, Kai was not sold in the shop at all: he came with the LEGO Fortnite NINJAGO Pass, a 1,400 V-Buck pass that unlocked him on purchase. This is the first time our records show him on sale by himself, and he leaves on October 20.

Kai's gear is new to the shop too

Two of his items arrived with him, and neither has been in the shop before: the Swords of Fire and Steel pickaxe for 800 V-Bucks and the Fire Tornado emote for 300.

The other three masters are back after 174 days

LIGHTNING Master Jay, EARTH Master Cole and ICE Master Zane return for the first time since April 24. Each is 1,200 V-Bucks, or all three come in the LEGO NINJAGO Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks with their emotes and weapons. That is the bundle's usual price: it has been in the shop twice before, in December 2025 and April 2026, for a week each time.

The weapons are also sold as smaller sets this time, each a pickaxe and matching back bling for 800 V-Bucks. None of these sets has been in the shop before.

What to buy

If you bought the LEGO Pass last year, you already own Kai and only his new pickaxe and emote are for you. If you didn't, a full team of four costs 4,000 V-Bucks: 1,200 for Kai plus 2,800 for the bundle. Everything here leaves on October 20.
