Elite Kado Thorne Reaches the Fortnite Item Shop for the First Time: 1,500 V-Bucks for the Cup Set Until November 11
The Elite Kado Thorne set, first handed out as a free prize in an October 13 Reload cup, is in the Fortnite Item Shop for the first time: 1,500 V-Bucks for the bundle or 1,200 for the outfit until November 11.

Elite Kado Thorne arrived in the Fortnite Item Shop on November 5, the first time the set has been on sale. Until now the only way to get it was to win it: it was the prize in a solo Reload cup on October 13. The full bundle costs 1,500 V-Bucks and everything leaves on Wednesday, November 11.
What it costs
The Elite Kado Thorne Bundle is 1,500 V-Bucks and holds four items. Bought one at a time, the outfit is 1,200 V-Bucks, the Psyonic Spear pickaxe and the Kado Elite wrap are 500 each, and the Psyonic Elite Cloak back bling is 300. If you want the outfit and anything else, the bundle is the cheaper way.
From cup prize to shop
The set was added to the game on October 2 with the v42 update, as part of the Elites set, and was first offered through the Compete tab. Guides at the time said the October 13 cup paid out the outfit, pickaxe, back bling and wrap to the top 50 players in each region, and expected a shop release to follow. That has now happened, a little over three weeks later.
Those guides also guessed at prices: 1,500 V-Bucks for the outfit and as much as 2,800 for a bundle. The real prices came in lower, with the whole bundle at the price that had been guessed for the outfit alone.

Is this its only run?
Our records start with today: this is the set's first visit to the shop, so there is no pattern yet for how often it will come back. Epic has not said whether this is a one-off. If you won it in the cup you already own it; if you missed out, this is the first chance to buy it.
